Great Cooking Tip
I saw this about how to peel a potato and I knew I immediately had to share it here. Who knew? This is going to make potato salad so much easier to make.

Very cool. I have done this with red potatoes, but not russets.
That's awesome--I've never seen that before. I just made a huge potato salad at Easter and spent a long time peeling the spuds--now I know!
